Lift the head off the shaver. Cleaning the flex foil head is so easy. Just hold the head under the running sink and tap it gently.
Replace the head before use.

Always handle the head carefully because the Flex Foil Head is micro-thin with precise and raised inner cutting edges.

1^st, remove the Flex Foil head from the top of the shaver, after removing this part, you can see the cutter bar assembly.
To remove the loose hair and debris, you have to gently brush the cutter bar assembly and the surrounding area through the pre-shave brush.
To remove the cutter bar assembly, you have to press down on it lightly and turn the assembly 90 degrees.
Now run this part under hot lukewarm water.
To dry the cutter bar assembly, use paper, towel, or tissue.
After fully drying, replace them in their place.

You have to replace the foil in the shaver head after a while, but the foil generally outlasts the manufacturer’s warranty.

This shaver is surprisingly lightweight (only 8 ounces). For that, it can easily maneuver around the ears and necklines.
You can use this shaver cordless or corded.
It comes with a rechargeable battery.
The hypoallergenic foil coating will help to reduce skin irritation while cutting.
The ergonomic design of this shaver provides you highly shave, whether the user trying to accomplish precision.

Cons

I think you will have also somewhat picky about this shaver/shaper like me.

I will discuss what Wahl should work on before submitting a new 5-star shaver.

This product is more expensive if you compare it with similar capabilities.
The battery is impressive, but it still needs some improvements (particularly for professional users who use it all day).
The power cord is short, so it will be better if you use it cordless.
It is so noisy.

This professional Wahl 5-star shaver and shaper is from the earlier decade.

And that time, shaving was less of an art form.

1/32’’ – the foil is engineered for close and super cutting, cutting hair 1/32’’ or shorter.
Light touch – never press hard the Wahl 5-star shaver against the skin. It needs to glide over the skin. Hard pressing can cause skin problems or damage to the foil.
Protect – you have to replace the foil guard to protect the dual foil head when the shaver/shaper is not in use.
